The UAE Government has updated the official guidelines regarding Golden Visa eligibility.
Salary Requirements
- Applicant must posses a Ministry of Labor Contract showing a total salary of 30,000 AED or
- Salary Certificate issued by the Freezone Authority where you are employed.
The guidelines will differ depending on whether you're applying as a student, as an investor or as a creator.
Bank Statement Requirements
- Last 6 months’ bank statement showing a consistent salary transfer of 30,000 AED (e-Statements are acceptable)
- Reference must clearly state salary
- Applicant's name must appear on every page of the statement
Educational Requirements
- University Degree
- Equivalency Report is mandatory (since March 2024)
- Degree must be attested by the UAE Embassy in the country where it was issued and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer:
- Must be issued on company letterhead
- The NOC must be addressed to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs - Dubai

We must review the rejection letter to identify the specific reasons for the denial. Based on this, we may need to compile supporting documents when proceeding with the appeal.

3. Emirates ID
The Card you receive after applying for VISA that shows that you are a resident in the UAE.

A card which is inter linked with your emirates ID and covers you for some or all of your medical expenses.
5. Passport size Photo
A white background photo that is used for most applications and will be posted on the new VISA document.

- This is your high school or university degree that states you have received a certain grade for studying.
- The document is attested by Ministry of Foreign affairs for an equivalency certificate.

8. NOC Letter from company: (NOT NEEDED FOR STUDENT VISA
This is a No Objection Certificate issued by the company which communicates that you have the permission from the company to go ahead with this application.
9. Salary Certificate or Labor contract: (NOT NEEDED FOR STUDENT VISA)
- It usually states the salary and the terms of your agreement.
- This document records the current agreement you have with the company.
10. Bank statement: (NOT NEEDED FOR STUDENT VISA))
